Can I buy if I don’t have a credit card?

We accept money orders, personal cheques, and Interac Money Transfers. Once you have decided which items you want, email us your order and we will reply with the total price (shirts price + shipping cost) and our address.

Next step to take for:

Money Order: Once we get your money order we will email you to let you know we got it and send your items right away.
Personal Cheques: Once we get your cheque in the mail we’ll let you know. After your cheque has cleared (7 days) we will email you to tell you that we’re sending out your items.
Interac Money Transfer: email us and we will let you know what to do next. Please do not send cash.

Where do you ship to?

We ship within Canada, to the USA and internationally.

How much does shipping cost?

It costs only $3.95 per item for shipping in Canada and the US and $5.95 internationally. If you want XpressPost please be sure to contact us at sales@akumuink.com.

How long does it take to receive my item(s)?

Within Canada should take about a week or two.

To the U.S. about two to three weeks.

Outside Canada and U.S. could take up to six to eight weeks.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns only if: the item is defective or you received something other than what you ordered from us.

If any of the above apply to your situation, please email us at info@akumuink.com within 5 days of receiving the item. We will reply with a Return Number that you must write on the original receipt.

We only accept returns of new, unworn and unwashed t-shirts, with the tag still intact.

When can I expect to see new designs?

There will be new designs at the beginning of every month.

Are the shirts printed just for me?

Yes actually. All shirts and tote bags are printed custom to your order. We print from the spare bedroom in our apartment. As soon as you purchase an item from AkumuInk.com we are notified and we print your shirt right away just for you.

Do you have to print the Akumu Ink logo on the back?

No problem. Since we print the shirt only when you've ordered it, you have the freedom of requesting the shirt without the logo.

All you have to do is write 'NO LOGO' in the paypal comment box. Or just email Dora at sales@akumuink.com and let her know you don't want the logo.
