1. How Do I buy a shirt?

1-Click on the image of the item you want to buy, OR the Buy Now link.

2-When you find the shirt you want to buy click on the Add to Cart button.

3-A PayPal window will pop up. You can continue shopping or follow the steps to make the payment.

2. Do I need a PayPal account to buy?

When you Checkout there are 2 options:

2- Pay with a credit card! Follow the steps and that's it!

(We use PayPal because it's the safest choice for you and for us. For other forms of payment read below.)

3. Can I buy stuff if I don’t have a credit card?

Contact me first if you want to do any of the following:

Moneygram: Allows you to fill out a moneygram form at your local post office
(Takes a day for us to receive payment).

Money Order: You can fill out a form at your local post office and have it mailed to us.
(Takes approx. 7 days for us to receive payment).

Interac Email Money Transfer: This is for Canadian residents using an online banking service. See if your bank offers this service here. ING also offers a similar service.

As soon as the payment comes through we will let you know and begin printing and sending out your items.

Please do not send cash in the mail!

4. Where do you ship to?

We ship from California, USA to anywhere internationally.

Tracking numbers can be made available upon request for packages within the USA.

5. Faster shipping?

For faster shipping like UPS please be sure to contact me for a quote.

6. How long does it take to receive my item(s)?

All items will be sent using USPS. Shipping within USA will take 1 week;
to Canada up to 2 weeks; and international up to 3 weeks.

7. Do you accept returns?

We accept returns only if:

The item is defective or you received something other than what you ordered from us.

There is a 25% restocking fee if exchanging or returning any item.

If any of the above apply to your situation, please send me a message within 5 days of receiving your item.

We only accept returns of new, unworn and unwashed t-shirts, with the tag still intact. Contact us before sending back your item.

8. How often do you release new designs?

We will be releasing new designs at the beginning of every month.

10. Prints.

The 8.5"x11" prints are printed on cardstock to my high standards so the colours look the way I drew it on my computer. They are packaged between 2 sturdy cardboards within a polybag envelope to protect against any water damage. These are shipped from Canada and take between 1-3 weeks to receive.

11. Info about iPhone/iPod Skins.

We work alongside Gelaskins.com (located in Canada) to offer the highest quality skins available. With over 1000 options to choose from, our skins are completely customizable and you're not just limited to the things you see in our shop. If there's a specific design you'd like to get, on a specific item, it's not a problem! We can even customize it further by writting your name or your desired nickname as part of the image. Here are some examples.
