1. How Do I buy a shirt?

1-Click on the image of the item you want to buy, or the Buy Now link.

2-When you find the shirt you want to buy click on the Add to Cart button.

3-A PayPal window will pop up. You can continue shopping or follow the steps to make the payment.

2. Do I need a PayPal account?

No.

-All you need to do is fill out your credit card info.

-Then fill out your mailing address so we can know where to send your items to.

-That's it!

We use PayPal because it's the safest choice for you and for us. For other forms of payment read below.

3. Can I buy if I don’t have a credit card?

Contact us first if you want to do any of the following:

Moneygram: Once the amount is confirmed you can fill out a moneygram form at your local post office
(Takes a day to receive payment).

Money Order: Once the amount is confirmed you can fill out a moneygram form at your local post office
(Takes approx. 7 days to receive payment).

Personal Cheques: Once we get your cheque in the mail we'll let you know (approx. 7 days).
After your cheque has cleared (approx. another 7 days).

Interac Email Money Transfer: This is for Canadian residents that are signed on to
'Interac Email Money Transfer' with their bank.

As soon as the money comes through we will let you know and begin printing and sending out your items.

Please do not send cash in the mail!

4. Where do you ship to?

We ship all over Canada, to the USA and internationally.

We do not ship Little Monsters baby items to the USA. See number 19 for more info.

5. Faster shipping? Combined shipping?

For faster shipping like XpressPost or Fedex please be sure to contact me for a quote.

We offer three 'Packages' which already include combined shipping and allow you to save 10-15% off the purchase. If you plan to order more items at once or a different combination of items and would like to get a combined shipping quote just send me a message.

6. How long does it take to receive my item(s)?

Allow us about 3 to 4 days to print and ship out your item(s).

Once the item is shipped it should take about 2 to 3 weeks to get to you.

7. Do you accept returns?

We accept returns only if:

The item is defective or you received something other than what you ordered from us.

If any of the above apply to your situation, please send me a message within 5 days of receiving your item.

We only accept returns of new, unworn and unwashed t-shirts, with the tag still intact. Contact us before sending back your item.

8. When can I expect to see new designs?

We are constantly introducing new designs and new items into our store every month. To find out when new stuff is coming or even if you want to ask me directly check out our blog and facebook that I update on a daily basis.

9. Are these shirts printed just for me? (printing method)

Actually, yes! As soon as you purchase an item from AkumuInk.com we are notified, and we make sure to get right on to printing your shirt just for you.

We screen print all our Akumu Ink shirts ourselves from the spare bedroom in our apartment.

We also press our Little Monsters items with quality heat transfers (made in Canada).

Even our pins are hand pressed in our living room.

10. Do you have to print the Akumu Ink logo on the back of the tshirts?

Since March of 2009 we have been giving you the option to choose to have the logo printed on the back of your tshirts or not.

11. "Limited Edition" toy?

In October 2009 the first 50 return buyers that bought one of our three 'packages' got a free limited edition "The Vampire" paper toy (limited to 50). There will be NO reprints or exceptions for this toy.

Back in October 2008 the first 50 hoodies that were purchased came with a free Akumu Ink "Cannibal" paper toy. This item will never be reprinted or sold again so thanks to everyone who got one.

12. Does Akumu Ink do wholesale?

Yes. Check out our wholesale page and see what Akumu Ink could look like in your store! Feel free to contact us for a price sheet.

13. Can I find Akumu Ink in any stores?

Yes. We can be found in Canada, USA, Europe and even Japan. You can find addresses, maps, and websites to all locations carrying Akumu Ink here.

19. Baby Clothes to the USA.

Due to strict CPSIA safety testing laws in the USA on children's clothing we will not be selling or shipping our Little Monsters baby clothes to the USA. However adult tees and hoodies with the same prints are completely fine.
