1. How Do I buy a shirt?

1-Click on the image of the item you want to buy, or the Buy Now link.

2-When you find the shirt you want to buy click on the Add to Cart button.

3-A PayPal window will pop up. You can continue shopping or follow the steps to make the payment.

2. Do I need a PayPal account?

No.

-All you need to do is fill out your credit card info.

-Then fill out your mailing address so we can know where to send your items to.

-That's it!

We use PayPal because it's the safest choice for you and for us. For other forms of payment read below.

3. Can I buy if I don’t have a credit card?

Contact us first if you want to do any of the following:

Moneygram: Once the amount is confirmed you can fill out a moneygram form at your local post office
(Takes a day to receive payment).

Money Order: Once the amount is confirmed you can fill out a moneygram form at your local post office
(Takes approx. 7 days to receive payment).

Personal Cheques: Once we get your cheque in the mail we'll let you know (approx. 7 days).
After your cheque has cleared (approx. another 7 days).

Interac Email Money Transfer: This is for Canadian residents that are signed on to
'Interac Email Money Transfer' with their bank.

As soon as the money comes through we will let you know and begin printing and sending out your items.

Please do not send cash in the mail!

4. Where do you ship to?

We ship all over Canada, to the USA and internationally.

5. How much does shipping cost?

It costs only 4$ per tshirt for shipping in Canada and USA, and 8$ internationally (no tracking number).

Shipping a hoodie costs 10$ to Canada and USA, 15$ internationally (no tracking number).

For faster shipping like XpressPost or Fedex please be sure to contact me for a quote.

Save on combined shipping when buying multiple items. Just send me a message to find out if this can apply to your order.

6. How long does it take to receive my item(s)?

Allow us about 3 days to print and ship out your item.

Once the item is shipped it should take about 2 to 3 weeks to get to you.

7. Do you accept returns?

We accept returns only if:

The item is defective or you received something other than what you ordered from us.

If any of the above apply to your situation, please send me a message within 5 days of receiving your item.

We only accept returns of new, unworn and unwashed t-shirts, with the tag still intact. Contact us before sending back your item.

8. When can I expect to see new designs?

We are constantly introducing new designs and new items into our store every month. To find out when new stuff is coming or even if you want to ask me directly check out our blog and other social networking sites that I update on a daily basis.

9. Are the shirts printed just for me?

Actually, yes! Why buy mass produced items when you can have something so much more personal? All our tshirts, hoodies, and tote bags are printed custom to your order. Even our pins are hand pressed after you buy them. We screen print everything ourselves from the spare bedroom in our apartment. As soon as you purchase an item from AkumuInk.com we are notified, and proceed to print your shirt right away just for you.

10. Do you have to print the Akumu Ink logo on the back of the tshirts?

Since March 2009 we have been giving you the option to choose logo or no logo on the back of your tshirts.

11. Can you tell me more about the free "limited edition" toy?

The first 50 return buyers (later changed to anyone) that bought one of our 3 'packages' got a free limited edition "The Vampire" paper toy (limited to 50). There will be NO reprints or exceptions for this toy.

Back in October 2009 the first 50 hoodies that were purchased came with a free Akumu Ink "Cannibal" paper toy. This item will never be reprinted or sold again so thanks to everyone who got one.

12. Does Akumu Ink do wholesale?
